We all begin to travel from the day we are born to an undisclosed destination.   Many years ago I had a discussion with a dear and close friend of mine about the length of time our travel could take and I remember telling him no one knows.  There are some of us who will take that time and put it to good use by helping others and being generous and selfless, not only to one’s family but to those who need it.  I think my friend is  one of those people who did not waste his time, he put it to good use.  This painting reminds me of the day we had that discussion.
